Requirements / Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CA Clear Multiple Subject Credential.
• Must possess a full (ELA1) English Learner Authorization/CLAD Certificate.
• Must be TK authorized:
• Letter of verification of TK authorization, or
• 24 semester units, degree major, or
• PK3 teaching credential, or
• Child Development Teacher Permit or higher
• Or proof of meeting the requirements

The employee is expected to maintain a high-speed internet connection. Experience with Springs Charter Schools or other charter schools preferred. Prior Homeschool teaching experience highly desirable.

Comments and Other Information

The Homeschool Education Specialist (ES) is the Teacher of Record and will work with students in TK. The ES collaborates with parent and students on goal setting, curriculum and lesson planning, administering assessments, monitoring progress, assigning grades and units, and completing all related documentation. Review the job description for specific job duties.
