  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, SMEs, and external vendors to ensure quality delivery
  • Develop testing dashboards and reporting artifacts for leadership visibility
  • Support go-live readiness activities and assist with post-deployment validation efforts
  • Identify process improvements and proactively address testing challenges in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive-level professionalism
  • Experience working in Waterfall project environments
  • Strong defect management, test planning, and test execution experience
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Utility industry experience, particularly within energy, power, or grid modernization projects
  • Experience supporting Virtual Power Plant (VPP), energy trading, or distributed energy resource programs
  • Experience working within highly regulated or process-driven industries such as healthcare, medical devices, utilities, or manufacturing
  • Background supporting organizations such as Medtronic, Boston Scientific, or similarly regulated enterprises
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams and third-party vendors

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
