About the Role
We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to expand market presence and grow revenue within an assigned region. What You’ll Do
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas within your assigned territory
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
- Present product features, pricing, and service options to prospective clients
- Conduct product demonstrations in medical offices and aesthetic clinics
- Guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and practice leaders
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary products and services
- Manage multiple sales opportunities and maintain an active pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates and forecasts
- Represent the company at industry conventions and professional events
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll primarily work with healthcare professionals and practice leaders, including:
- Dermatologists
- Plastic and cosmetic surgeons
- Urologists
- OB/GYN physicians
- Med spa owners and aesthetic practice managers
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or aesthetic technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product information
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
On-Target Earnings: Approximately $150,000 with commission
Travel
This role requires approximately 60% travel, including visits to medical offices, demonstrations, and industry events.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Remote work environment using standard office equipment. Frequent travel to medical practices and clinics. Ability to lift or move equipment when needed.
