Technical recruiter (mid–senior) remote (est time zone)

About the Role

BoldProfiles is a boutique tech recruiting firm placing engineering talent at high-growth startups. We move fast, work lean, and hold a high bar. We're looking for a recruiter who's genuinely wired for tech and startup environments — someone who can run a full-cycle search independently, source with precision, and communicate at the level our clients expect. This role is fully remote. You manage your time, own your searches, and deliver results.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment across engineering, product, and technical roles
• Source and pipeline candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels
• Conduct in-depth screens to assess both technical fit and culture alignment
• Partner directly with founders and hiring managers — no hand-holding required
• Maintain clean ATS hygiene and keep every search moving with minimal oversight

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent in tech or startup environments — this is non-negotiable
• Strong Boolean search skills — you build your own strings, you don't copy someone else's
• Impeccable written and verbal English — you're representing our brand in every message and call
• Proven ability to fill technical roles (software engineers, DevOps, data, etc.)
• Self-directed and accountable — remote means you run your own day
• ATS proficiency; familiarity with tools like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with retained or contingency agency recruiting
• Existing network in the US tech startup ecosystem
• Familiarity with early-stage hiring dynamics (pre-Series B)
