Over the past three years, the Recruitment team at EverHelp has grown from 1 person to a team of 9 specialists. As the business continues to scale, so do our hiring needs - and now we’re looking for another Talent Sourcer to strengthen the team.

The main focus of this role is sourcing candidates for Customer Support teams across different countries and language markets, including German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, and others.

This is not a role where you simply receive a vacancy and a ready-made search request. We are looking for someone who is eager to test different channels and tools, explore new geographies, and gradually take ownership of building sourcing strategies independently.

You will:

• source candidates for Customer Support, Quality Control, and Team Lead positions;
• work across different countries, markets, and language segments;
• build a sourcing approach for each specific vacancy by defining the target profile, geography, and relevant sourcing channels;
• work closely with recruiters, aligning on candidate profiles, sourcing results, and next steps;
• use AI tools to optimize sourcing processes;
• work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HeyReach, ATS, and other sourcing tools.

About you:

• you have at least 1 year of hands-on sourcing experience in an IT company or recruitment agency;
• your English level is B2 or higher;
• you have experience with active candidate sourcing across different platforms;
• you know how to use Boolean and X-Ray search and can build search queries independently;
• you have experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
• you can manage several vacancies at the same time and switch between them quickly;
• you do not stop when the first search query does not bring results and are comfortable looking for alternative approaches;
• you are interested in new tools, AI, and ways to make sourcing more efficient;
• you are comfortable working in a dynamic environment where geographies, priorities, and requirements may change.

It will be a plus if you have:

• international sourcing experience;
• experience sourcing Customer Support, Sales, or other non-tech specialists.
