The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This individual will leverage effective sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates. A successful candidate will have experience with staying abreast of external marketplace/industry trends and share recommendations for consideration.

Experience creating and executing sourcing strategies to target top candidates.
Expertise working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Dayforce, strategic sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards.
Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and practices.
Experience participating in college and professional recruitment events.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to self-direct and work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to navigate competing priorities and provide exceptional service and results to our leadership.
Excellent time management and creative problem solver.
