ATA Services Inc. is seeking two Systems Analysts to support a statewide Telehealth and Patient Portal Expansion Initiative.
- Pay: $42.00 per hour with weekly pay
- Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Assignment Duration: ASAP through June 30, 2027
- Location: Remote – New Mexico Residents Only
Position Summary
The Systems Analyst will provide dedicated implementation and stabilization support to participating clinics. This position will assist with system testing, workflow validation, issue resolution, patient portal onboarding, and the development and maintenance of end-user documentation and support materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide implementation and stabilization support to participating clinics.
- Conduct system testing and workflow validation.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of technical and operational issues.
- Support patient portal onboarding and implementation activities.
- Assist clinic staff with system-related questions and troubleshooting.
- Develop, maintain, and update end-user documentation, guides, and support materials.
- Collaborate with project staff, clinics, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support successful implementation.
- Provide ongoing technical and operational support throughout the initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in New Mexico.
- Experience providing systems analysis, technical support, implementation, or related services.
- Experience with web-based meeting platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, or similar applications.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to validate workflows, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with a statewide team.
