Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Stop Loss Sales Intern during spring quarter 2027!

Symetra's Internship Program for Spring 2027 is entirely remote - all interns will learn and work in a virtual setting. The internship duration is 10 weeks.

What you will do

• Research and market analysis to assist in sourcing sales opportunities.
• Assist various Sales Managers within Stop Loss on projects and daily selling activities.
• Analyze Sales data and create reports on Sales-related initiatives.
• Support sales presentations to broker/partners in virtual ride-alongs.
• Sales-related process, support, tools, and implementation projects.

Compensation

$22.00 hourly rate

Who you are

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a career path in sales.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to collaborate and adapt in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual conferencing.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Research and analytical skills.
• Commitment to equity and diversity.
