This is a senior UX leadership opportunity focused on shaping exceptional experiences across enterprise cybersecurity software platforms. You’ll lead high-profile product initiatives while helping define UX strategy, standards, and long-term design direction. The role combines hands-on design work with mentorship, cross-functional leadership, and influence across product teams. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, domain specialists, and content professionals to turn complex requirements into intuitive user experiences. You’ll also help advance scalable design practices, reduce design debt, and strengthen consistency across the product portfolio. With opportunities to champion AI-enhanced design practices, this role is suited to a strategic and hands-on designer who wants to make a broad organizational impact.
As a Staff UX Designer, you’ll combine strategic design leadership with hands-on execution, guiding product teams toward user-centered outcomes while helping strengthen the broader UX practice.
The ideal candidate combines extensive UX expertise with strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills, along with the ability to remain hands-on in a complex product environment.
