Staff product operations specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Operations Specialist based in United States.

This role serves as the operational bridge between product development and the teams responsible for using, supporting, and delivering new products and capabilities. You’ll build scalable approaches for product launches, organizational change, readiness, enablement, adoption, and continuous improvement. Working across Product, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Support, and other functions, you’ll help ensure product changes translate into successful real-world outcomes. You’ll also establish feedback loops that bring insights from patients and frontline teams back into product planning and decisions. As part of a fast-growing environment, you’ll contribute to pilots, product processes, planning rhythms, and cross-functional initiatives. Your work will help strengthen how innovative technology is adopted and ultimately improve the patient experience.

Accountabilities:

• Build scalable processes for preparing teams and the organization for new products, workflows, capabilities, and process changes.
• Conduct change-impact assessments covering teams, workflows, policies, tools, training, communications, and the patient experience.
• Develop rollout, readiness, and adoption plans in partnership with Product, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Support, and other stakeholders.
• Translate product and technical changes into clear guidance, training materials, documentation, communications, and readiness activities.
• Partner with Product Managers and Technical Program Managers to integrate operational readiness into launches and identify dependencies and adoption risks early.
• Coordinate pilots, phased releases, Early Access Programs, and internal testing, establishing clear success criteria and adoption measures.
• Monitor rollout performance, address post-launch challenges, and convert real-world feedback into product and operational improvements.
• Build systems for collecting and synthesizing feedback from patients and internal users across clinical, operational, commercial, and support functions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify meaningful themes, distinguish systemic issues from isolated requests, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Ensure frontline insights reach Product teams early enough to inform planning and product decisions.
• Improve product-development processes, tooling, planning rituals, launch calendars, intake processes, decision frameworks, and roadmap visibility.
• Coordinate stakeholder input into planning and prioritization while supporting high-priority cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Change Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience building processes and programs from the ground up in a fast-moving organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex product launches or organizational rollouts.
• Strong change-management capabilities, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement.
• Experience transforming qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable product recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to make complex product or organizational changes easy to understand.
• Comfortable balancing strategic problem-solving with highly tactical execution.
• Experience working with internal tools or workflows used by operational teams.
• Healthcare or health-technology experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with AI-enabled or technically complex products is a plus.
• Experience working in a high-growth or scale-up environment is strongly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship.
