We're looking for a Product Operations Manager who thrives in complexity — someone who can zoom out to see the whole system while staying close enough to the details to make things actually work, while keeping our clients’ needs and success at the core of everything we do. As our Product Operations Manager for the Wellbeing division, you'll build an operational foundation that will let our product teams move faster with fewer surprises and deliver higher-quality features. You'll own the cadences, tooling, data, and processes that turn strategy into execution - and you'll have a seat at the table wherever that work happens. This is an individual contributor role, who will manage the Product Operations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

The responsibilities of this role will ramp into its full scope over time. On day one, you will own a subset of the following responsibilities and be expected to make recommendations where to focus going forward based on what the organization needs most.

Operational Systems

• Drive and enable standard planning rituals across product teams - daily standups, sprint-planning, retrospectives, monthly product reviews, customer feedback sessions, and cross-functional syncs
• Own and execute product processes - release notes, roadmap creation and publication, client-commit/request intake, production incident communication
• Be the organizer of the end-to-end product development lifecycle - ensuring collaboration, dependency identification, and smooth hand-offs across Product Discovery, Product Delivery, Engineering and GTM
• Manage product-led GTM tasks – legal and compliance reviews, pricing, internal ops enablement, hand-offs to Product Marketing
• Build scalable documentation and knowledge management practices working with the Documentation team
• Find opportunities to automate and scale these processes
• Drive tooling decisions (Jira, MixPanel, Craft, Claude, etc.) and adoption

Product Intelligence

• Define and maintain product delivery health metrics and dashboards in JIRA
• Define and maintain product analytics in MixPanel (or similar tool) and a data-flow from other tools where user intelligence is gathered – enabling our researchers to synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals for PMs
• Partner with data and analytics teams on product-related reporting initiatives
• Enable launch retrospectives – enabling our researchers to surface learnings org-wide

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Be the connective tissue between product and other teams
• Manage dependencies, surface blockers early, keep stakeholders informed
• Facilitate product reviews and leadership communication
• Coordinate pilot programs and launch readiness across teams

Continuous Improvement

• Own the product-related ops leading indicators
• Identify friction across the product org and propose fixes
• Run post-mortems and build playbooks from what we learn
• Onboard and enable PMs on processes and tools

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications

• 5 + years in product operations, project management, or product management /ownership
• Experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional product teams
• Comfortable working with data — pulling reports, building dashboards, spotting trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and process-oriented — you notice when things are falling through the cracks
• Familiar with agile ceremonies and product development workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a health tech, SaaS, or digital health company
• Hands-on with tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, or Linear
• Exposure to OKR or roadmap planning processes
• Basic SQL or experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude)
• Background as a PM coordinator or associate PM
• Experience documenting processes or building operational playbooks

Compensation:

This position offers a base salary range of $119,480 - $127,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
