About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a collaborative technology team responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise Salesforce solutions that support mission-critical business operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys building scalable applications, integrating enterprise systems, and driving modern Salesforce development best practices. You'll play a key role in developing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds while helping improve release management, deployment automation, and platform performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Build scalable solutions across Salesforce platforms including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
• Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience, with hands-on experience using the platform to support field service operations, work orders, scheduling, dispatch, and customer service workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and external enterprise systems.
• Participate in technical design reviews, peer code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
• Optimize application performance through SOQL tuning, governor limit optimization, batch processing, and asynchronous development.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using modern Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain documentation, technical specifications, testing, and release management processes.
• Apply Salesforce security best practices, including field-level security, encryption, and audit controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing solutions within Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Git and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, DevOps Center, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II, App Builder, Administrator, or DevOps certifications.
• Experience with healthcare integrations, FHIR, HL7, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and release management best practices.
