This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Instructional Design – Cox Automotive Inventory Solutions based in United States. This role leads a team of instructional design professionals responsible for creating learning strategies that directly support business performance. You will partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, prioritize learning investments, and align development initiatives with organizational goals. The position oversees scalable learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended formats. You will guide complex learning portfolios, manage resources and priorities, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business and learner outcomes. The role combines strategic consulting, people leadership, curriculum development, and continuous improvement in a large, matrixed environment. You will also champion emerging learning technologies, including AI-enabled development practices, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning solutions.

Base salary range of $111,500–$185,900. Eligibility for additional compensation through an incentive program. Remote work flexibility anywhere in the United States, with expected office attendance 1–2 days per month. Flexible paid vacation based on role responsibilities and business needs.
