Position Location:

We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

Role Overview:

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Platforms & Service Delivery is accountable for the delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement of Ocean Spray’s enterprise platforms and core business applications. This role ensures that solutions are built, released, operated, and supported effectively in alignment with approved enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Delivery & Execution: Own delivery of enterprise platforms and core business applications from build through release and stabilization.
• Operations & Service Delivery: Accountable for platform reliability, availability, and business continuity outcomes.
• Systems Integration & Technical Oversight: Lead and manage hands‑on technical roles, including Systems Integration Architect & SAP Basis.
• Vendor & Service Provider Management: Govern Application Managed Service (AMS) providers and system integrators.

What We Are Looking For:

Required: Proven experience leading delivery and operations of enterprise platforms and applications.

Preferred: Experience leading large‑scale ERP or platform transformations.

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required) Master's Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

At least 7 Years of Experience

Annual Salary:

$132,500 - $182,160
