Source-to-contract software support specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Source-to-Contract Software Support Specialist based in the United States.

This remote role supports the technology and processes that enable effective source-to-contract operations across supplier management, bidding, and contract lifecycle activities.

You’ll help maintain platform configuration, supplier data integrity, and reliable system performance across key procurement and compliance applications.

Working closely with Accounting, IT, operations, and technology partners, you’ll help resolve issues and ensure system changes are implemented consistently.

The role provides hands-on exposure to supplier management and procurement technology while offering opportunities to develop expertise through collaboration with senior specialists.

You’ll manage support requests, contribute to reporting and analysis, and help identify opportunities to improve system configuration and workflows.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication will be essential when balancing multiple requests and deadlines.

Accountabilities

• Assist with the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of supplier management platforms, bidding tools, and contract lifecycle management systems.
• Support ongoing user training and help stakeholders understand system functionality, processes, and requirements.
• Maintain supplier records, integrations, and attributes across property accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable owner requirements.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of system-driven supplier qualification and compliance requirements to promote consistent process execution.
• Manage the Help Desk queue and respond to tickets and emails within established service-level expectations.
• Partner with Accounting, IT, operations, and other stakeholders to communicate system changes and ensure processes are understood and followed.
• Investigate routine technical issues and escalate complex or high-priority matters to senior support specialists or management when appropriate.
• Prepare financial, administrative, operational, and other reports and analyses as assigned.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing system configurations and providing feedback on support processes.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal team members and technology partners to support reliable and consistent system execution.

Requirements

• College degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Previous experience with procurement systems, supplier management, compliance technology, or a related technical support function is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools.
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to work accurately with financial records, budgets, and other fiscal information.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through when completing system support and administrative tasks.
• Comfortable managing a Help Desk queue and responding to routine technical support requests within established SLAs.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing system support requests.
• Eagerness to learn source-to-contract, procurement, supplier management, and compliance technologies.
• Openness to coaching and guidance from senior team members while developing technical expertise.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across Accounting, IT, operations, and other business functions.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States, excluding Alaska.

• Compensation: $27.00–$28.50 per hour, with actual pay determined by factors including experience, skills, business requirements, and geographic location.
