This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely within Canada or the USA.

As our Solutions Consultant, Customer & Partner Success, you will be engaging with our existing customers to help present and demonstrate how customers can realize additional value from the Vena platform through expanded use cases and adoption. In partnership with Vena’s Customer Success Managers and Customer Marketing team, you will be responsible to engage with customers and learn about their existing pain points and challenges and help inspire them about how doing more with Vena can solve these challenges and add value to their business. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving the partner strategy by collaborating with the partner teams to support partner acquisition, enablement and driving initial leads from newly signed partner. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding partners through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition into selling Vena's solutions.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Present the Vena product to existing customers in 1:1 and 1:Many forums and communicate the overall Vena Solutions value proposition
• Meet with customers, clarify business requirements and customize demo content appropriately
• Meet with prospective partners to present a Vena demonstrations to build trust on how Vena's product can provide value to their customers/prospects
• Partner with the Customer Success Team to evaluate and assist in expansion sales strategy, retention strategy and solution recommendations
• Partner with the Customer marketing team to support Customer expansion/adoption focused campaigns and initiatives
• Work with newly signed up partners on the onboarding journey to get them equipped with all the tools to represent Vena and showcase the value of Vena's product to their customers/prospects. This can include orientation on demo content, demo best practices, and product enablement
• Support partners on 1:Many forums to showcase Vena product demonstrations
• Leverage your understanding of competitive products and technology and how to position Vena in Sales presentations
• Be instrumental in helping drive Vena towards its growth targets and becoming the leading CPM solution in the market

We'd Love to See

• 3+ years related work experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Prior technical sales experience selling FP&A or CPM software
• Professional Services implementation experience for FP&A or CPM software vendor or reseller partner (Preferably 2+ years Vena experience)
• Experience working as an FP&A professional including hands on experience as either a power user or implementer of FP&A or Accounting software (Preferably Vena experience)
• Prior experience working with partners / ecosystem for a software company
• Strong business acumen and understanding of budgeting, forecasting, Financial Close Management and reporting processes
• Experienced Excel user with the ability to create complex formulas, and sophisticated formatting
• Comfortable with presenting to and talking with C-level executives
• Ability to effectively deliver technical information to an audience comprised of varying degrees of technical knowledge, focusing on value proposition to their business
• Strong presentation and communication skills – ability to communicate concepts concisely and effectively
• Self-learner, with sense of initiative, and perseverance to deliver high quality work
• Travel (as needed) to customers that require in-person presentations

The base salary range for this role is $140,250 - 189,750 CAD.
