Software developer

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to support an enterprise-level Recall Modernization initiative. This project involves integrating a third-party SaaS platform with multiple internal business areas. The ideal candidate is a self-directed developer with strong C#/.NET, SQL, JavaScript, and Microsoft Azure experience who can analyze existing solutions, develop and maintain high-quality code, and support the delivery of reliable software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing applications and solutions to determine how best to meet business requirements.
• Develop, modify, and implement software applications using C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and Microsoft Azure resources.
• Support integrations with third-party SaaS platforms and internal business systems.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reliable code.
• Create and maintain unit tests within .NET applications.
• Participate in software testing, including test review, analysis, and validation.
• Work independently to plan and complete development tasks and resolve technical challenges.
• Adopt relevant AI development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to improve efficiency, code quality, and productivity.
• Document code changes, enhancements, and technical solutions.
• Communicate new functionality and changes to the support team to facilitate ongoing maintenance and support.
• Support software application installation, implementation, and maintenance as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET application development.
• Experience developing and working with SQL.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure resources.
• Experience creating unit tests for .NET applications.
• Ability to analyze existing systems and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage development tasks through completion.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot.
• Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms with internal enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with software testing, application support, and ongoing maintenance.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve development workflows.
