Social Media Manager & Content Strategist

Work Type: Full-time.

Schedule: US Business Hours.

Location: 100% Remote.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Strategist to support a premier U.S.-based marketing agency. This is a hybrid role for a professional who can manage high-level social strategy while ensuring every caption, blog, and email is polished to perfection. You will play a crucial role in building community, driving engagement, and delivering measurable results by maintaining strict brand voice consistency across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Management: Plan, schedule, and publish high-performing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Content Quality Control: Act as the final gatekeeper for brand voice. Thoroughly proofread and edit all copy (including blogs, emails, and social captions) for grammar, tone, and absolute clarity.
  • Engagement Growth: Monitor and manage daily audience interactions (comments and DMs) to build community and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Performance Analytics: Track KPIs across all platforms and generate monthly optimization reports to identify content trends and actionable insights.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the internal creative team to actively repurpose content for reels, stories, and short-form video campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven professional experience in Social Media Management and Content Editing.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional command of written English with a strong focus on utilizing U.S. idioms and matching cultural tone.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and standard social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer or Later).
  • Core Competencies: Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of seamlessly managing multiple client brand voices simultaneously without dropping quality.
  • Remote Infrastructure: Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office setup equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a backup power source.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency environment is a strong plus.
