Job Description Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, and execute effective sourcing and purchasing strategies for assigned categories, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, consolidation, and efficiency.
• Conduct end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx creation, RFP/vendor analysis, price and contract negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, monitor demand forecasts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Continuously analyze procurement processes, propose improvements, and implement process transformation initiatives based on best practices.
• Approve and oversee ordering, deliveries, and supplier management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead high-impact projects annually, managing cross-functional teams and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to drive operational excellence.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is: 66,500 to 83,500 USD “Los Angeles California-based candidates are not eligible for this role” The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
