Job Description

At Motorola Solutions, we believe that work is at its best when driven by purpose. We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, high-initiative Senior Sales Operations Analyst to serve as a key business partner to regional sales leaders and field teams. In this role, you will own critical operational processes including CRM account management, routine reporting cadences, pipeline health oversight, and revenue forecasting support.

As an operational partner, you will empower frontline representatives while translating complex operational datasets into clear, actionable business intelligence. Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Health & Revenue Forecasting Support
  • Enforce CRM data integrity and hygiene by validating deal stages, close dates, key opportunity fields, and required naming standards.
  • Partner closely with sales management to observe deal progression, identify funnel bottlenecks, and assist close-quarter commitment tracking.
  • Aggregate and analyze weekly forecasting data across regional teams to support leadership during routine forecast review cadences.
• Reporting, Analytics & Visualizations
  • Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce reports, list views, and tailored dashboards for sales representatives, managers, and executive directors.
  • Manage, automate, and distribute recurring weekly operational reports to help leadership maintain error-free visibility into order and revenue metrics.
  • Develop scalable Tableau dashboards tracking key operational KPIs, pipeline velocity, win/loss metrics, and historical performance trends.
• Territory Management, Field Enablement & Compensation Resolution
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of account list updates, territory assignments, and account transfers during organizational transitions or new hire onboarding.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), quick-reference guides, and tools training to improve sales rep time-to-productivity.
  • Investigate and resolve payout inquiries, split-credit adjustments, and quota crediting questions with transparency and data-backed reconciliation.

Job Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Salesforce (SFDC) Administration to build custom reports, construct operational dashboards, manage data imports, and maintain object hierarchy integrity.
• Tableau Visualization to build, publish, and maintain interactive data visualizations and executive-level performance dashboards.
• Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling utilizing Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data reconciliation models) to process and analyze large operational datasets.
• AI-Driven Analytics familiarity to leverage predictive forecasting tools and generative AI workflows to automate routine processes and improve reporting velocity.

Professional Experience

• Stakeholder Management experience translating complex sales data into concise narrative insights for executive leaders while providing frontline support to sales representatives.
• Operational Process Improvement track record of independently identifying workflow inefficiencies, auditing CRM databases, and implementing scalable automated solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration experience partnering with IT, Finance, and Compensation teams to diagnose system bugs, test feature updates, and resolve rep payout discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or related technical CRM certification.
• Direct background working within a B2B technology or channel sales environment.

Target Base Salary Range

$90,000 - $100,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
