Accountabilities

  • Strategic business partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders across assigned regions, go-to-market teams, and industry verticals, providing insights and recommendations that support revenue growth and business performance.
  • Forecasting and pipeline management: Lead consistent and timely forecasting processes, monitor pipeline health, and ensure sufficient pipeline coverage, opportunity quality, and sales velocity across all relevant pipelines.
  • Performance measurement and reporting: Develop and deliver scorecards tracking funnel performance, budget attainment, forecasting accuracy, and key revenue indicators, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.
  • Annual planning and resource allocation: Coordinate annual planning activities, support business target setting, and recommend resource allocation strategies aligned with growth objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Go-to-market strategy and modeling: Develop and refine go-to-market models covering KPIs, customer segmentation, sales coverage, resource coordination, territory management, and sales compensation plans.
  • Business analysis and problem-solving: Conduct SWOT analyses and targeted investigations to identify business challenges, assess opportunities, and develop practical recommendations supported by data.
  • Strategic initiative execution: Define project scope, develop work plans, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize findings, and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other business functions to align priorities, improve processes, and support the execution of key go-to-market initiatives.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation: Identify opportunities to improve revenue operations processes, introduce new tools and approaches, and leverage AI-enabled technologies to increase productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related business operations role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Analytical and technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build financial and operational models, analyze complex datasets, and communicate findings effectively. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
  • CRM expertise: Experience implementing, managing, and navigating CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, with an understanding of pipeline management, sales reporting, and forecasting processes.
  • Revenue operations knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, go-to-market planning, customer segmentation, territory management, resource allocation, and sales performance measurement.
  • Executive communication: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to share data-driven insights and recommendations with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and autonomy: Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: A team-oriented mindset and the ability to build productive relationships across departments, influence stakeholders, and align teams around shared objectives.
  • AI proficiency: Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools, such as Claude, and the ability to apply emerging technologies to streamline workflows and improve analytical efficiency.
  • Adaptability and innovation: A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with the flexibility to challenge established processes and introduce creative solutions that support business growth.

Benefits

  • Performance incentives: Additional incentive compensation tied to the company's compensation plan.
  • Stock options: Opportunities to participate in the company's growth through equity-based incentives.
  • Health and welfare benefits: Comprehensive health and welfare plans.
  • Life and disability coverage: Insurance plans designed to provide additional financial protection.
  • Retirement benefits: Access to a retirement plan.
  • Flexible paid time off: Unlimited flexible paid time off, including your birthday off.
  • Remote work: Remote opportunity based in the United States.
