About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying and attracting top talent to extending and finalizing job offers. Your expertise in headhunting will be key in sourcing and engaging exceptional professionals, ensuring we bring in the skilled talent necessary to drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage a wide range of platforms and strategies to actively identify and engage top-tier talent, building a dynamic and diverse talent pipeline that aligns with Superpower's vision.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with passive candidates, showcasing Superpower’s mission, culture, and opportunities to foster long-term interest and talent engagement.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to fully understand staffing needs, co-create effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and efficient interview process.
• Job Postings: Craft compelling job advertisements, post them across multiple channels, and strategically manage them to attract the right candidates.
• Resume Screening: Diligently review CVs and candidate profiles to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for various technical roles.
• Conduct Interviews: Conduct screening interviews and coordinate seamless interview experiences to ensure top candidates move smoothly through the recruitment journey.
• ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring smooth candidate tracking and reporting.
• Branding: Amplify Superpower’s employer brand through strategic social media engagement, particularly on LinkedIn, to build a strong, attractive presence and inspire candidate interest.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter with at least two years experience in a fast-paced, environment, with a focus on sourcing and closing mid to executive-level engineering, healthcare and technical candidates.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, ensuring efficient candidate management and seamless recruitment workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring smooth tracking of candidate pipelines and timely follow-ups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate Superpower’s mission and values.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Previous experience recruiting within health tech, wellness, or longevity sectors is highly desirable.
