Sr. Product Insights Analyst role is critical to driving the growth and success of our rapidly expanding Ed-Tech company, Sophia Learning. This role will partner with the Product and Engineering teams to shape the learner experience on our proprietary platform by designing, launching, and analyzing the results of multivariate A/B tests for new product features and enhancements. You’ll use click-level platform data to uncover deep insights that enable a granular understanding of user behavior and patterns to help inform opportunities for net-new feature development and redesign. This role will be ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, relentless in their pursuit of solving difficult problems, enjoys answering complex questions, and is experienced in translating complex data into simple narratives. This person will be instrumental in helping to shape and define the near- and long-term strategies at Sophia Learning.
Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro. In accordance with ADA policies, reasonable accommodations regarding travel limitations can be provided. Travel will be more common for roles such as Account Executives (25 - 50%), senior leaders (10 – 20%) or Capella Core Faculty (5 – 10%). Ability to work onsite in Corporate or Campus location (in a typical office environment) may be required based on role. If offsite or hybrid role, must have access to work in setting which enables meeting all requirements of the role (including privacy, reliable internet access, phone, ability to video conference, etc.) at a remote location. $95,100.00-$120,000.00 is the expected starting pay for this position. This offer is based on current budgetary guidelines and additional factors outlined below.
