• Lead the transition from MC-LAG to EVPN, providing technical guidance on architecture, validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation covering network designs, migration plans, cutover strategies, and post-migration procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Juniper routing technologies, EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, and advanced routing protocols.
• Support after-hours cutovers and provide escalation assistance during critical network events.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring extensive enterprise networking experience, strong expertise in Juniper technologies, and a proven ability to manage complex migrations in large-scale production environments.

• Demonstrated experience with large-scale router replacement and network migration projects.
• Familiarity with EVPN architecture, deployment, and operational practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Juniper certifications such as JNCIP, JNCIE, or equivalent.
• Experience with network automation and scripting tools, including Python and Ansible.
• Knowledge of security best practices for routing and switching.
