The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will shape how a portfolio of B2B SaaS products is positioned, launched, and communicated to the market.
This role focuses on building repeatable go-to-market frameworks that clearly connect product value with customer outcomes.
You will own portfolio-level positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, launch strategy, and customer-focused marketing initiatives.
Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will turn market insights into compelling stories and practical enablement tools.
The position also plays an important role in strengthening retention, increasing adoption, and supporting customer advocacy through data-driven strategies.
You will lead and mentor Product Marketing Specialists while establishing a culture of accountability, documentation, and strong execution.

Accountabilities
- Build and implement standardized go-to-market frameworks covering positioning, messaging, launch tiering, release governance, and customer marketing processes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive GTM playbook that defines launch processes, ownership, success metrics, and product marketing best practices.
- Own portfolio-level positioning and messaging, creating differentiated value propositions tailored to industries, personas, and product lines.
- Establish and maintain competitive intelligence resources, including quarterly battlecards, market research, win/loss analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Use AI and automation tools to strengthen market research, competitive monitoring, and intelligence-gathering processes.
- Develop retention-focused messaging that communicates customer value and proactively addresses key churn risks.
- Lead product launch planning and execution, maintaining a master launch calendar, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and monitoring adoption and performance metrics.
- Create sales and customer enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, talk tracks, release communications, newsletters, and customer-facing content.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams by maintaining enablement resources, measuring asset effectiveness, and developing advocacy programs, case studies, and customer success stories.
- Provide recurring market and competitive intelligence reports to Product and Sales teams, translating findings into practical strategic recommendations.
- Manage and mentor Product Marketing Specialists while fostering accountability, strong documentation practices, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with a demonstrated record of developing positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategies that support adoption, engagement, and business growth.
- Strong experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop enablement materials, customer advocacy initiatives, retention programs, and value-based messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence strategic decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members, with the ability to establish clear expectations and promote accountability.
- Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals, go-to-market strategy, product launches, competitive analysis, customer lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience using AI and automation tools for market research or competitive intelligence is valuable.
- Experience in training, learning management systems, compliance, or frontline-worker industries is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% annually.
