Senior erp change manager - remote / telecommute

Pay Range: $40.00hr - $45.00hr

Job Overview: The organization is seeking a Change Manager to lead Change Management and Communications activities. The candidate will be responsible for conducting Change Impact Assessments, developing communications, performing Stakeholder Analysis, and managing stakeholder engagement during an SAP transformation across global Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.

Mandatory Areas: Change Manager ERP: 2-5 Years.

Must Have Skills: Conduct Change Impact Assessments. Develop and execute Communication Plans. Perform Stakeholder Analysis. Manage Stakeholder Engagement. Support business users during SAP transformation. Create visual communication materials (PowerPoint, infographics, newsletters, etc.). Work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Coordinate with Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance teams globally.

Key Skills: 2+ years of experience as a Change Manager, PROSCI certification or CCMP or equivalent certification, take direction and operate independently, ability to work in ambiguity, comfort working in fast paced project with competing priorities, excellent communication skills, ability to create visual communications, effective time management and planning.
