Senior CPG Business & Delivery Leader/ CPG Consulting Lead Workplace Warsaw/Remote

We are looking for a senior business leader who combines deep industry expertise with strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, and delivery oversight to drive transformational initiatives across North America and Europe.

You will be responsible for:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology executives within leading CPG organizations
• Define engagement strategies, value roadmaps, budgets, and success metrics aligned with client business objectives
• Oversee complex project and program portfolios, ensuring delivery excellence, financial performance, and effective risk management
• Lead critical phases of strategic initiatives and provide executive-level guidance during escalations
• Support the growth and development of C&F's CPG consulting capabilities and industry offerings
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and contribute to account growth strategies
• Mentor consulting and delivery professionals, supporting capability development and organizational growth

What you will need:

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Strong experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
• Expertise in one or more business domains such as Sales, Trade Promotion, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Revenue Growth Management
• Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategy with execution
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel across the US and Europe

Nice to have:

• Experience in consulting, business transformation, or technology-enabled change.
• Project and program management experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise data and analytics initiatives.
