Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Remote

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence activities. This position will work with multiple data sources to develop dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytical products that help leadership understand performance and make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, databases, reporting tools, and stakeholders who need complex information presented in a clear and useful way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business, operational, real property, and related datasets.
• Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Combine and analyze information from multiple databases and systems.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, data quality issues, and areas for improvement.
• Develop queries and repeatable processes for data analysis and reporting.
• Validate reports and ensure information is accurate and consistent.
• Document data sources, calculations, business rules, and reporting processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and project stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
• Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SQL and business intelligence or reporting tools.
• Experience combining information from multiple business systems.
• Familiarity with GIS or location-based data.
• Experience supporting real property, facilities, or asset management programs.
• Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS applications.
• Experience working in a government or large enterprise environment.

Physical Requirements:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
