Scope of Work

• Review, evaluate, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness, providing insights based on established accounting standards.
• Assess and critique audit procedures, identifying gaps, best practices, and regulatory considerations for diverse business scenarios.
• Create and assess financial models, ensuring logical structure, accuracy, and actionable insights.
• Analyze and provide feedback on tax compliance practices and documentation, highlighting risks and compliance issues.
• Review a variety of legal and financial documents, offering detailed feedback on clarity, correctness, and alignment with regulations.
• Deliver clear and constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Support the development and evaluation of data sets for AI training, leveraging your prior experience with human data processes such as data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate-level accounting experience with a track record of handling complex financial scenarios.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, and legal document review.
• Demonstrated experience in providing actionable feedback and communicating findings effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Prior participation in human data projects such as data labeling, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or model evaluation.
• Keen analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset, with a passion for leveraging accounting knowledge in innovative contexts.
