ICF seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support the phased implementation of an enterprise grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. The Quality Assurance Analyst will develop test plans, test cases, scripts, and traceability artifacts to validate grants lifecycle workflows, integrations, data migrations, security controls, and accessibility requirements. This role will perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing; document and manage defects through resolution; support automated testing; and coordinate user acceptance testing with business analysts, developers, product owners, and government stakeholders. The Quality Assurance Analyst will help confirm that each release meets acceptance criteria and is ready for secure, reliable production deployment.

There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $67,355.00 - $138,549.00
