Sales Support Coordinator – HubSpot, CRM & Sales Operations

Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized Sales Support Coordinator to support Account Managers and Marketing with CRM management, sales follow-ups, contract tracking, and social outreach. This is an execution-focused role designed to keep the sales engine organized. You’ll ensure HubSpot stays clean, follow-ups happen on time, contracts are tracked, and leads never fall through the cracks. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing CRM operations with prospect outreach, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Own

Sales Support & Coordination

• Support Account Managers with follow-ups, reminders, and daily sales tasks
• Track contracts and sales documentation
• Maintain visibility across active deals and opportunities
• Keep sales workflows organized and moving forward
• Ensure important follow-ups and deadlines are completed

HubSpot CRM Management

• Maintain leads, contacts, deals, notes, and pipeline stages in HubSpot
• Clean duplicate, incomplete, and outdated records
• Keep CRM data accurate and organized
• Support reliable pipeline reporting through strong CRM hygiene

Social Outreach & Lead Generation

• Conduct professional outreach through LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels
• Support social selling and marketing-led outreach campaigns
• Engage prospects and route qualified opportunities to the sales team
• Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up activity

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

• Send prospect follow-up emails and messages
• Coordinate inbound lead handoffs
• Work closely with Account Managers, Sales, and Marketing
• Ensure outreach, pipeline activity, and follow-ups remain aligned

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of sales support, sales operations, administrative coordination, or similar experience
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another CRM
• Experience with lead tracking and sales follow-ups
• Familiarity with contract coordination
• Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach
• Strong written English communication
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Availability during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Account Managers or B2B sales teams
• Social selling, outbound prospecting, or lead generation experience
• B2B SaaS, agency, professional services, or similar experience
• Experience maintaining high-volume CRM databases
