Sales specialist for logistics company

What you'll do:

• Close deals with clients by managing the full sales cycle and converting leads into active accounts.
• Secure drivers/carriers by phone to match capacity with customer shipments and ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, customer service) to deliver seamless end-to-end service.
• Conduct market and logistics research to identify opportunities, monitor pricing trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Work in the US time-zone

Who you are:

• Fluent in English (at least C1 or more)
• Has at least 1 year of experience in ocean freight operations
• Experience in an international company would be a plus
• Self-confident, team player, committed and results-driven
