Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to cover our Midwest territory. The Sales Representative maintains, promotes, and increases sales between the organization and the customers in an assigned territory by meeting and exceeding forecast and goals.
Communicates with customers within the assigned territory on a regular basis to develop rapport and a better understanding of their needs. Identifies, isolates, and pursues new customer acquisitions, and conducts cold-calls for potential leads. Prepares and reviews sales reports by identifying and evaluating problem areas and company progress. Creates and maintains a sales plan within corporate guidelines for the assigned territory that meets and exceeds a profit goal. Provides feedback to the Regional Sales Manager in the planning, forecasting, and management territory. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations. Significant travel is required to visit current and potential clients as well as overnight travel. Promote a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment and use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Maintain vigilance for any hazardous conditions or practices in the workplace and immediately report any unsafe conditions or practice to your supervisor. Performs other duties as directed.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this role.
