Job Overview:

Sales Planning & Analytics Analyst – Grocery West / Midwest

Location: Remote (Eastern or Central Time preferred | Grand Rapids, MI proximity a plus)

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative Sales Planning & Analytics Analyst to support the Grocery West / Midwest organization. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision making, optimizing trade investments, and driving execution across key grocery customers.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that drive revenue, volume, and profitability. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Analytics & Business Insights
  • Analyze syndicated (IRI/Circana) and internal data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights to improve promotional effectiveness and overall sales performance
  • Evaluate total portfolio performance to identify high-impact growth opportunities aligned to KPIs
  • Support customer planning through business reviews and pre/post promotional analysis
• Reporting & Dashboard Management
  • Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting dashboards
  • Standardize scorecards and reporting across West / Midwest customers to improve consistency
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
• Trade & Financial Management
  • Track, analyze, and optimize trade spend and promotional investments
  • Maintain trade systems (e.g., Demantra) and manage pricing and promotional inputs
  • Partner with Finance and RGM to evaluate ROI and improve investment effectiveness
  • Research and resolve promotional allowances, billbacks, and pricing discrepancies
• Customer & Sales Support
  • Partner with National Account Executives (NAEs) to support planning and execution
  • Manage customer portals, new item setup, and promotional submissions
  • Support resolution of order, inventory, and pricing issues using data insights
  • Maintain customer and internal databases including pricing, volume, and trade data
• Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain partners
  • Support development of strategic business plans and customer presentations
  • Build clear, compelling presentations and visuals for internal and customer use

Total Rewards:

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, sales support, or CPG environment
• Experience in grocery or beverage industry preferred
• Strong proficiency in:
• Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• PowerPoint
• Power BI or similar tools
• IRI/Circana data
• Experience with trade systems (e.g., Demantra) a plus
