Sales manager

Faber-Castell Cosmetics is looking for a Sales Manager in our USA Region to grow our presence in the U.S. and help bring innovative cosmetic solutions to some of the world’s best-known beauty brands. What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned U.S. territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and acquire new customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to develop business
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and new opportunities in partnership with the Sales & Management team
• Prepare proposals, contracts, budgets, and participate in project and contract negotiations
• Conduct product presentations and lead sales discussions
• Manage customer projects from initial opportunity through completion
• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives for assigned customers and market segments
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to budgeting and long-term business development

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within private-label cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or a related industry
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, and sales data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
• International business experience is highly desirable
• German or additional language skills are a plus
• SAP experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically, with some international travel
