What We Need:

We’re looking for motivated, curious people who want to build a career in sales, advertising, and media.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help introduce businesses to the full power of iHeartMedia, including podcasts, digital advertising, broadcast radio, events, streaming, CTV, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Work alongside a collaborative, high-energy SDR team focused on creating new business opportunities
• Connect with prospective clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Complete 80+ daily prospecting activities while balancing quality, personalization, and consistency
• Research companies and decision-makers to identify strong potential advertising partners
• Create thoughtful, personalized outreach that gets attention and starts conversations
• Learn how to position iHeartMedia’s podcast, digital, radio, event, streaming, and CTV solutions based on a client’s goals
• Schedule qualified meetings and partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a strong handoff
• Manage follow-up and maintain accurate activity and prospect information within our CRM and sales tools
• Work toward individual and team goals tied to meetings, pipeline, and revenue
• Test new ideas, learn from feedback, and continuously improve your approach

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
