About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be to initiate conversations with prospects, build interest in products or services, and support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings. This role is suited for individuals who are motivated by outbound activity, relationship building, and performance-based goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through outbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria
• Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
• Conduct research on prospects to personalize outreach
• Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness
• Participate in regular sales meetings and coaching sessions
• Consistently meet or exceed individual performance targets

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Organized, coachable, and results-oriented mindset
