The coordinator works for the Global Sales team reporting to the Global Coordinator Sales B2B. The key objective of this role is to assist the sales team in their mission to promote Relais & Châteaux member hotels to the travel trade and ensure that the member hotels receive maximum benefit from the global sales effort. The coordinator works remotely, ideally in the Eastern Time Zone of the USA.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in coordination, executive support, or a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical to success in this role. Experience in the Luxury hospitality industry preferred. The role requires a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills when interacting with our member properties and key stakeholders. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-motivator with the ability to work independently and as a team player. Fluency in English required, plus preference for second language fluency (ideally French and/or Spanish). Excellent working knowledge of both PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and reporting.
