We’re a remote-first business built around teamwork, trust and integrity, and we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to play a key role in supporting our continued growth.

The Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll partner closely with our sales team throughout the customer journey, helping prospects understand how Relish can solve complex challenges across supplier onboarding, payment validation and the broader Source-to-Pay lifecycle. You’ll join customer conversations, ask the right questions, uncover what’s really happening within their environment and translate those insights into compelling, tailored solutions and product demonstrations.

You don’t need to be the person building complex integrations behind the scenes - we have specialist delivery teams for that. You do need to understand customer environments well enough to have credible conversations, identify challenges and opportunities, and confidently demonstrate how Relish can add value.

We’re open-minded about where you’ve built that experience. You may already be a Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer, or come from Business Analysis, sales, business development, procurement or another relevant customer-facing background.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Discovery & Problem Solving Partner with Account Executives to understand customer environments, ask thoughtful questions and uncover challenges across supplier onboarding, payment validation and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Solution Consulting Translate customer requirements into practical solutions and help prospects understand how Relish fits within their existing procurement and finance technology ecosystem.
• Tailored Product Demonstrations Build and deliver compelling demonstrations using existing demo environments, customising the experience to reflect each prospect’s processes, challenges and priorities.
• Deal Support Support opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from discovery through technical evaluation, RFPs and RFIs, demonstrations and solution discussions.
• Enterprise Platform Expertise Develop a strong understanding of customer environments across platforms such as Workday, Coupa, SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA and confidently discuss how Relish complements these ecosystems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and opportunities transition smoothly from pre-sales into implementation.
• Customer Advocacy Act as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers, balancing curiosity with the confidence to challenge assumptions, push conversations further and identify the right solution.
• Industry Engagement Occasionally represent Relish at relevant trade shows, conferences and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Experience within Source-to-Pay, procurement, supplier management, payment validation or a closely related environment
• A strong understanding of the supplier lifecycle, particularly supplier onboarding and related processes
• Experience working with or around enterprise platforms such as Workday, Coupa, SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANA - Workday experience is particularly valuable
• Confidence speaking with prospects and customers and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Experience within enterprise software or technology environments
