The mission -

Build the operating backbone for Customer Experience and Partnerships by ensuring our processes, systems, and data work together seamlessly. You’ll own the instrumentation of key workflows in HubSpot, establish reliable metrics and reporting, maintain operational hygiene, and turn GTM data into clear insights for the teams making decisions. The goal is simple: make CS and Partnerships easier to operate, easier to measure, and easier to scale.

Where you'll leave your mark?

• Own the Customer Success Operations including CX process instrumentation and CRM hygiene on Hubspot
• Documentation of CX processes, workflows and process adherence
• Owning of key metrics definition and periodic (Weekly, monthly, quarterly) reporting including renewal, retention, upsells, GDR, NDR, Logo retention
• Own the Partnership Operations including Partnership process instrumentation and CRM hygiene on Hubspot
• Documentation of Partnership processes, workflows and process adherence
• Build and maintain partner pipeline and program reporting
• Support recurring GTM operations requests across both CS and Partnerships including variable pay calculations, adhoc data requests

The kind of builder we're looking for -

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations preferably in Customer Success and/or Partnership Operations
• Hands-on experience with Hubspot including building workflows, properties, reports and dashboards
• Working fluency in SaaS metrics - ARR, MRR, GDR, NDR, Churn, Partner sourced and Partner influenced ARR
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining data hygiene and catching errors / process deviances
• Ability to learn new AI tools, technologies and processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
