THE CROWN IS YOURS

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll turn business opportunities into clear, measurable plans that drive growth across our Lottery business. You’ll work closely with Lottery partners and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and advance revenue opportunities. From building the business case to defining how success will be measured, you’ll bring structure to complex business opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives through launch readiness. Your work will help us make informed decisions and identify where to invest next.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A REVENUE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for key Lottery partners, building strong relationships and aligning teams around opportunities, priorities, and decisions.
• Develop strategic plans that connect customer needs, state-level considerations, performance insights, and commercial opportunities to clear, executable work.
• Partner with analytics and other cross-functional partners to establish success metrics, comparison groups, data requirements, and decision criteria before initiatives launch.
• Lead cross-functional planning from initial stages through launch readiness, establishing clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and decisions along the way.
• Evaluate performance and communicate results through clear evidence, implications, recommendations, and next steps to support informed business decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, growth, strategy, business development, or a related discipline; experience in lottery, gaming, or financial technology is a plus.
• Strong financial and quantitative modeling skills, including opportunity sizing, revenue and cost analysis, payback analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience turning ambiguous business opportunities into structured cases and executable cross-functional plans.
• Working knowledge of test design, data integrity, source verification, and performance measurement with the ability to translate your findings into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and managing priorities and dependencies through launch readiness.
• Comfort with BI tools, spreadsheet modeling, presentation software, and source-verified AI-assisted analysis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,000.00 USD - 110,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
