The Revenue Integrity Associate Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial health of both acute and non‑acute organizations by managing the charge master, regulatory code changes, work queues, charge capture, reconciliation, reporting, and analytical trending. Responsible for identifying root causes of charge inefficiencies, developing corrective action plans, and implementing process improvements to ensure accurate and consistent charge capture. Evaluates charging practices, maintains the Charge Description Master, and ensures compliance with evolving coding and billing regulations. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to enhance hospital net revenue, lead operational improvement initiatives, and provide analytical insights into billing errors, denials, and claim edits. Educates on best practices, conducts quality assurance, and leveraging data trends to identify opportunities for training and revenue enhancement. Partners with client leadership to strengthen charge capture methodologies, supports system conversions, and fosters strong client relationships through regular rounding and site visits. Drives efficiencies in the revenue cycle.
