Remote customer support rep

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist members with questions regarding their fitness and wellness benefits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and is comfortable providing customer service over the phone.

Position Details

Pay: $16.50/hour
Start Date: December 2
Contract: 3 months, with potential to extend
Training: 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday
Location: 100% Remote
Cannot reside in NY, HI, CA, AL, GA, or VA
January is a blackout month with no time off permitted

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound or outbound calls regarding fitness and wellness benefits
• Help members understand their benefits, locate participating gyms, access classes, or manage memberships
• Provide friendly, patient, and professional customer service
• Document calls accurately and meet quality, attendance, and schedule expectations
• Some calls may include light retention or soft-sales conversations

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a phone-based environment
• Basic Windows/MS Office skills and ability to multitask
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Must be able to hardwire internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
• Webcam required for training and meetings
• Computer equipment is provided

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
