Job Title: Recruiting Intern

Location: Remote

Compensation: $20-22/hr. Part-Time

We are seeking an organized, motivated, and eager-to-learn Recruiting Intern to support recruiting efforts for contract engineering roles across multiple divisions and client accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, candidate engagements, and hiring processes while working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting efforts for multiple open engineering positions across various divisions and client accounts.
• Review applications and resumes to help identify potential candidates.
• Learn and assist with candidate sourcing through recruiting platforms and other resources.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and help with basic candidate screening.
• Prepare and submit qualified candidates to the supervisor for further review.
• Post, update, and maintain job descriptions across recruiting platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, activity, and notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with scheduling interviews and other recruiting coordination activities.
• Shadow intake calls with hiring managers to learn about position requirements and hiring needs.
• Support internal recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates and team members.
• Learn to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, administrative, customer service, or office experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable learning new systems, including an ATS and other recruiting tools.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or working with people.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Engineering or technical recruiting experience is helpful.

Benefits:

Paid Sick time: All full-time and part-time employees will receive 40 sick hours per year or minimum sick time required by the state.
