Required Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree, OR 5 years of experience recruiting in GovCon in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of related work experience in the GovCon industry with a proven track record of recruiting mid- to senior-level professionals.
• Experience sourcing and mapping resumes from all sources, including social networks and recruiting platforms (working knowledge of Indeed required).
• Ability to work within a diverse team and lead multi-disciplinary recruiting efforts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-based project experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong internal and external relationships to maximize recruitment effectiveness.
• Strong interest in active and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task across multiple requisitions and candidate pools.
• Experience using online recruiting tools, such as ADP Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting a small or mid-size company in GovCon with human resources, administrative services, executive assistance, operations management, administrative management, or project management experience.
• Experience with AI tools, MS Power Automate and sourcing/recruiting automation.

Position Summary

Sancorp Consulting LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support company headquarters operations. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruiting life cycle across multiple roles and contracts while ensuring an organized, compliant, and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle: review performance work statements, create position descriptions, post positions to online platforms, identify candidates, schedule interviews, and consult with management on job offers and compensation.
• Support the end-to-end recruiting life cycle across multiple roles and contracts while maintaining accurate records in the candidate database in order to ensure the recruitment process is organized and operational.
• Partner with management to forecast staffing needs and develop plans for key initiatives.
• Consult with hiring managers to identify staffing needs to initiate, create and disseminate job position advertising to job board(s) and recruiting platforms.
• Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate selection criteria.
• Actively engage in recruiting outreach efforts and report outcomes to support recruiting demands.
• Routinely communicate and update the Human Resources staff and hiring managers regarding the recruiting process, potential candidates, the diversity of the candidate pool, etc.
• Actively participate in recruiting events (career fairs, networking events, etc.); leverage participation of current staff and members of the HR team to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
