This is a fully remote position based in the Austin, Texas area. Help build the teams behind the people who restore homes and businesses when it matters most. Team Hart supports five independently owned SERVPRO franchises, and we are looking for an experienced Recruiting and Human Resources Coordinator who can find strong candidates, keep hiring managers moving, and handle the practical HR work that follows. Recruiting comes first in this role. You will own the hiring process from the first conversation through the offer and prehire steps. You will also support onboarding, employee documentation, routine HR matters, and hands-on employee and payroll workflows in Paycor.

What you'll do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for field, office, sales, and leadership openings across five franchises.
• Build reliable candidate pipelines through job advertising, sourcing, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and keep prehire steps on track.
• Help hiring managers define what they need and make timely, job-related decisions.
• Keep candidates informed and maintain clean, accurate applicant records.
• Track applicant flow, source quality, conversion, and time-to-fill, then improve what is not working.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain accurate, confidential employee documentation.
• Support routine employee relations, performance, policy, and compliance questions.
• Complete assigned employee-data and payroll workflows in Paycor.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of professional experience, including demonstrated success owning the full recruiting cycle.
• Practical, hands-on HR experience with onboarding, employee documentation, policies, employee relations, or performance processes.
• Hands-on Paycor experience. Experience with another HR or payroll platform alone does not meet this requirement.
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, judgment, and discretion.
• The ability to manage several openings and priorities without losing the details or leaving candidates waiting.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will reflect the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
