Recruiter (contract to hire)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter (Contract to Hire) based in United States.

This is an opportunity for a driven Recruiter to help scale revenue-generating, customer experience, and technical teams within a fast-growing organization. You’ll manage multiple full-cycle searches while partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across a wide range of functions. The role combines proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, stakeholder partnership, and candidate experience ownership. You’ll help shape hiring strategies, refine interview processes, and ensure recruiting operations remain efficient and consistent. With exposure to both business and technical roles, you’ll have the flexibility to adapt as organizational priorities evolve. This contract-to-hire position is ideal for a data-driven recruiter who embraces AI-powered tools and thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

Accountabilities:

• Own multiple full-cycle recruiting processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and other business functions, with the ability to support Engineering and Product roles as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop effective hiring strategies, and refine interview processes while following standardized recruiting procedures.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through outbound recruiting, referrals, talent networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate openings and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting journey, from initial outreach through offer close, while meeting internal service-level expectations.
• Configure interview plans and feedback forms in Ashby to support structured and effective hiring processes.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with People and Leadership teams on broader recruiting initiatives and talent strategy.
• Experiment with AI-driven sourcing and recruiting technologies to improve pipeline generation, efficiency, and candidate quality.
• Adapt recruiting priorities and strategies as business needs and hiring requirements evolve.

Requirements:

• 3–7+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Proven experience configuring interview plans and feedback forms in Ashby.
• Demonstrated track record of hiring high-performing candidates in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and confidence conducting proactive outbound recruiting.
• Experience using AI-powered sourcing and recruiting tools, with a willingness to experiment with new technologies and workflows.
• Ability to recruit across diverse functions and flex between business and technical roles as priorities change.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to use recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.
• High level of ownership, urgency, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience working within high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
• Familiarity with SaaS or technology go-to-market organizations is a plus.
