Python + Golang + Bazel Technical Leader at BairesDev

We are looking for a Technical Leader with expertise in Python, Golang, and Bazel to take ownership of the Bazel build system, ensuring the efficient build and delivery of automation-driven solutions. This role requires a highly technical and self-driven professional who will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from coding to deployment and monitoring.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize the Bazel build system, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain software solutions using Python and Golang.
• Oversee the entire software lifecycle – from coding and testing to deployment, monitoring, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation-driven solutions.
• Optimize software builds and delivery pipelines, ensuring high efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and improve build processes, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Implement monitoring and performance metrics for continuous system improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong expertise in Python and Golang for software development.
• Proven experience managing Bazel build systems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, build automation, and deployment strategies.
• Experience working in cloud-based environments and containerized solutions.
• Knowledge of software performance monitoring, logging, and debugging.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Advanced level of English.
