About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager for the Woofz project. During onboarding, you'll get familiar with the product, team, and processes, building a solid understanding of how everything works. After successfully completing the probation period, you'll independently manage the project and take full ownership of end-to-end delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional or product development teams
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up project management routines
• Strong analytical skills: working with requirements, planning, and risk management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Willingness to dive deep into the product

What You’ll Do

• Running Scrumban ceremonies and day-to-day team processes
• Clarifying requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders, and turning them into a prioritized backlog with the team
• Planning, estimation, and tracking of scope, timelines, and capacity
• Managing risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
• Status reporting to stakeholders and management
• Maintaining project documentation and improving team processes

Bonus Points

• Involvement in discovery processes and early-stage feature scoping
• Experience managing several initiatives in parallel
• Understanding of product and delivery metrics (retention, conversion, cycle time, etc.)
• Basic technical background (APIs, architecture, release processes)
• Experience with B2C mobile apps or subscription-based products
