About the Role:

Shalva Haven LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Program Director to lead and grow our programs in Casa Grande, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding a dedicated team, and ensuring the highest quality of care and service delivery. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all program operations and services
• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to program staff and team members
• Develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance
• Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and funding sources
• Ensure programs meet all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards
• Track program outcomes and prepare reports for leadership and funders
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in program management or leadership
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and multi-faceted program operations
• Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and best practices in program administration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with vulnerable populations or in a residential/community-based setting is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
